The project of supporting infrastructure associated with quality aims to put universities in a position capable of providing qualified education on both undergraduate and postgraduate levels to meet the standards of quality and enhance graduates' academic, research and professional skills. Those skills are supposed to cover community and labor market needs through adequate learning environment supported by the required infrastructure. In addition, technical colleges should be capable of enhancing their infrastructure in a way that helps achieving their strategic goals which are focused on technical graduates having skills that satisfy the labor market needs. Moreover, Egyptian nursing faculties in public universities should be able to carry out their educational, professional as well as community roles and provide their graduates with the required skills needed in the labor market.

This project aims to:

Completion of the requirements for universities and technical colleges to achieve compatibility between graduates' attributes, labor market requirements and productive sectors.

Universities and technical colleges in turn complete their educational, research and community based roles and their solidarity in deepening the decentralization of financial management of the institutes with regard to the requirements of the educational process and scientific research.

Improving learning opportunities by providing supportive infrastructure in teaching and laboratory equipment for qualifying faculties to obtain accreditation.

Support infrastructure for Egyptian nursing faculties in order to achieve their goal regarding development of learning opportunities and improvement of the nursing profession.
